1. The introduction. The development of the science about Eucharist. The science about Eucharist in The New Testament.

2. Eucharist in the patristic science. S. Augustine S. Ambrosius contribution to the western science about Eucharist.

3. The science about Eucharist in Middle Ages. Epoch of Reformation and the preparation of the Trydent council.

4. The science of the Trydent council about Eucharist. Science about Christ real presence in Eucharist. The science about holy Communion. Science about the victim of the holy mass. Eucharist in the science post trydentin period. Eucharist on the II Vatican council. Post - Councils perspectives. Eucharist in the ecumenical dialogue.
