Short description: |
Since the conditions of hermeneutical theology, justified for fundamental theology by the French theologian Henri de Lubac, a space of encounter between apologetics and theology has emerged. This caused a paradigm shift in theology in the 20th century. From now on, fundamental theology can be understood as hermeneutics. This lecture will try to present the evolution of this change. The perspective of hermeneutics will make it possible in this lecture to present the theology of Revelation, to describe the work of theology and to touch upon the great classical themes of fundamental theology: the principle of faith, Scripture and Tradition, the Magisterium, ecclesiality, scientificity and the practical significance of theology. |

Didactic methods and ways of verification of training effects (synthetically described used didactic methods and ways of verification of assumed training effects): • The lecture method used is a historical-theological analysis of the development of the debate on the apologetics of faith in God revealed in Jesus Christ, which after the paradigm shift in theology in the 20th century became the basis for the creation of Fundamental Theology. Theology can henceforth be understood as hermeneutics. The lecture will try to present the evolution of this change. • The perspective of hermeneutics will make it possible to present the Theology of Revelation, describe the theological work and touch upon the great classical themes of Fundamental Theology: the principle of faith, Scripture and Tradition, the Magisterium, ecclesiality, scientific and practical importance of theology. • The method of verification of the overall learning outcomes refers to the oral examination of the entirety of the transmitted knowledge according to the indicated 10 theses and the reading of the Dogmatic Constitution on Divine Revelation Dei Verbum and the indicated documents of the International Theological Commission.
