Short description: |
Objectives of the course: 1. to familiarize students with the basic concepts of moral theology in the scope of conscience and sin. 2. to give students the basic issues: definition of the conscience, certainty and doubt of the conscience, the conscience as a standard subjective morality, the formation of the conscience; the sin: the general concept of the sin, the distinction of sins, biblical citation of sins, causes of sins, moral defects, overcoming the sins, repentance and penance. 3. to encourage the personal search for knowledge on the above topics. 4. bringing awareness of one's commitment to the proper theological and moral formation. Basic knowledge of theological and moral terminology, general knowledge of moral theology on the conscience and sin. |
