Short description:	level of course: Elementary The level is defined using the following factors: - Knowledge of exegesis and biblical theology, dogmatic theology, liturgics and anthropology - Knowledge of the basic sources of the contents of religious education: the Bible, Tradition, liturgy, developments in the Church, human experience - Literature concerned with the Bible, liturgy, ecclesiology, anthropology objectives of the course: - ability to make the right choice of topics for religious education - ability to treat the Bible and liturgy in religious education as prophetic sources prerequisites: - Knowledge of pre-Vatican II attitude to the contents of religious education - Knowledge of different types of religious education.
Full description:	course contents: - Basic tasks of religious education - The Bible in religious education - Liturgy in religious education - Syntheses of faith in religious education - Human experience in religious education assessment methods: Students are evaluated on the basis of attendance record and the test at the end of the semester.
