objectives of the course:

Introduction to theological foundations of Christian morality concerning the subject and object of morality; ways of discerning Christian vocation, moral judgement, evaluation and assessment of human actions. That is the basis for the analysis of specific problems in moral theology.

prerequisites:

Knowledge of basic philosophy, theology and philosophical and theological analysis. Competence in ethical and moral literature and the methods of conducting discourse on philosophical ethics; knowledge of principles related to logical reasoning.

course contents:

Moral theology as a scientific discipline; human being as the subject and object of moral action; conscience and moral laws as skills and ways of discerning vocation; morality of human action, moral good and evil (sin and virtue)

assessment methods:

Students are evaluated in the oral exam
