Course targets:

Classes are conducted as a lecture that:

- introduces students to the new discipline of knowledge;

- shows the sources of the canon law in the course of historical development until the Codes of Pope John Paul II from 1983 and 1990;

- acquaint students with various general standards of CCL, and shows their practical significance. Students are allowed to ask questions and participate in the discussion at the end or during each lecture (time discussion: don your needs).

Entrance requirements:

In the course of teaching, students are introduced to the basics of canon law, acquainted with the history of the sources of canon law and basic institutions of general standards. To deal with these issues it is necessary to have general historical knowledge and ability - acquired during the study of philosophy - to make a basic analysis and interpretation of legal texts.

4. The sources of canon law (with special emphasis on the postcocilliar codification in the Latin Church and Eastern Churches)
