Short description: |
Refuting the main objections against Resurrection and Catholic Church. |
Full description: |
What are the earliest testimonies and fundamental reasons for faith in the Resurrection? How can we demonstrate that Jesus found the Church? How did and how does the Church understand herself? Why is democracy familiar to the Church? What does it mean that the bishops are successors to the Apostles? Why is the Pope the Bishop of Rome, but not of Jerusalem, Constantinople, Moscow or Cracow? How can we understand the Teaching Office of the Church? What are the fundaments of the credibility of the Church in relation to democracy, economics and culture? What are the premises for dialogue and the differences between Christianity and Judaism, Islam, Hinduism and Buddhism? What is the relation of the Church to the sciences (for instance with regard to evolution)? What belongs to the essence of Christianity? |
