Full description: |
God of Christian revelation "translated" himself to the "language" of people becoming human. Jesus Christ himself became the first "translation" of God's truth for people. "Translatability" is one of the principles of the development of the Christian faith. We will be guided by the instructions found in the Apostolic Exhortation "Evangelii Nuntiandi" of pope Paul VI (no. 63 and 65) and in the Encyclical "Redemptoris Missio" of John Paul II (no. 52-53). We will analyze different texts being interested not so much in their literary meaning, but above all in their theological significance. |
