2. Main patterns of stable isotope fractionation in ecological processes.

3. Stable isotopes in terrestrial and aquatic animal ecology.

4. Stable isotopes and food web studies.

5. 13С/12C fractionation: photosynthesis, respiration, decomposition, canopy effects.

6. 15N/14N fractionation: food chains, N2 fixation, nitrification, mycorrhizal symbiosis.

7. Other isotopic tools: δD, δ18O, δ34S.

8. Stable isotopes in plant ecology and soil science.

9. Stable isotopes in paleoecology and paleontology.

10. Ecosystem-scale isotopic patterns.

11. Isoscape: global-scale isotope patterns.

12. Jackson’s ellipses, Layman’s metrics and other statistical tools.

13. Technical advances and achievements.

14. Brave new world: compound-specific SIA.

15. Isotopic labeling: small-scale and large-scale field experiments.
