Assessment methods:

- continuous assessment based on preparation for the lessons and active participation in class activities

- assessment of contribution to substantive discussions

- assessment of home written assignments

Assessment criteria:

- ability to create your own written statements

- ability to create spoken statements and to interact in conversation

- preparing a presentation

- degree of mastering the legal terminology

Metody dydaktyczne:

Methodology:

Students are required to read the literature indicated next to the each class (books excerpts – both legal handbooks as well as novels, legal cases descriptions, articles, judgments etc.), which is discussed during the class. Based on the materials students prepare summaries, oral arguments and present those to the class as well as take part in moot court simulation.
