The aim of the subject is to acquaint Students with selected problems of individual entrepreneurship and expand skills that are necessary to search and develop entrepreneurial potential, as well as stimulate Students (future pedagogues/teachers, guidance counselors, coworkers, entrepreneurs) to build the workshop and taking up professional/pedagogical challenges. |

The content of conversation classes (with activating elements) will cover the following problems: 1. The properties of the flexible variable model employment (2h); 2. Self-employment as a way to make use of entrepreneurial capacities (2h); 3. Perspectives for the development of entrepreneurial potential among pedagogues (5h); 4. Promoting individual entrepreneurship – examples of good practices in Poland and other EU countries (2h); 5. “New” spaces for work, education, self-realization (2h); 6. Entrepreneurship as a complex, life competence in the views of employers and workers (2h). |

Efekty kształcenia i opis ECTS: |
KNOWLEDGE: Student receives knowledge on human (employee) development, especially in terms of predicting professional usefulness, advisory activities for people who need support in dealing with professional life problems; Student has well arranged knowledge about the goals, organization and functioning of labour market institutions and institutions realizing the scope of continuing vocational education; SKILLS: Student has abilities to search, name and register information on educational, professional and social problems; Student is able to cooperate with others, work in a team, update and exchange professional and educational information; COMPETENCIES: Student realizes the need for continuing personal and professional development within his/her specialization and building the workshop; Student is convinced that it is preferred and necessary to conduct professionally and follow the principles of professional ethics, undertaking various roles regarding the labour market. |

Assessment criteria - Methods for verification + symbol effect in the path of studies syllabus: - Study project: original concept, solution regarding the individual entrepreneurship (NP2_W06, NP2_W10, NP2_U01, NP2_U12, NP2_K01, NP2_K05); - Plenary discussion (NP2_W06, NP2_U12); - Work in teams (NP2_U01, NP2_U12); - Individual evaluation of sources (NP2_W06, NP2_U01); - Active participation in conversation classes (NP2_U01, NP2_K01). Scores: 1) Study project - 50 points 2) Plenary discussion - 20 points 3) Work in teams - 10 points 4) Individual evaluation of sources - 10 points 5) Active participation in classes - 10 points Final score: 60-67 p. - 3,0 68-75 p. - 3,5 76-83 p. - 4,0 84-91 p. - 4,5 92-100 p.-5,0 |
