The aim of the course is to prepare students for a criminal analysis of the most common security incidents - that is, to determine which incidents are crimes and to conduct a criminal analysis of the signs of prohibited acts. In addition, the purpose of the course is to prepare students to independently determine what evidence should be collected depending on the act being the subject of the proceedings.

1. The concept of cybersecurity, cybercrime and incidents

2. Legal basis for cyber security and combating cybercrime

3. The most common attacks in the light of reports

4. Legal grounds for liability for selected acts violating the availability, confidentiality or integrity of data or information systems

5. Incidents violating the availability of resources on the example of DoS, DDoS, ransomware attacks.
