Efekty kształcenia i opis ECTS:

EK1 - Student is able to determine the subject and scope of international economic law;

EK2 - Student is able to determine the importance of international economic law for globalization processes and other economic and social changes taking place in the modern world;

EK3 - Student is able to identify sources of international economic law and to interpret them;

EK4 - Student is able to distinguish between different types of international economic law standards and relations between them;

EK5 - Student is able to determine the methods of solving economic disputes and choose the most appropriate for a particular type of dispute.
