1. Preliminary issues

2 Immunities of states and international organizations and the right to a fair trial

3. Immunity of state representatives from foreign criminal jurisdiction and criminal liability for international crimes

4. Targeted sanctions and the rights of individuals

5. Duty not to recognize unlawful situations and exceptions regarding the rights of individuals

6. Principles regarding sharing waters of international rivers

7. Delimitation of maritime zones, historical laws and the law of the sea

8. Outer space - free use and combating pollution

9. internal competence versus obligations resulting from integration processes and regional human rights law

10. Recognition of government between efficiency and legalism

11. Freedom of fishing and the protection of fish species

12. rights of indigenous peoples and the rights of the state

13. accountability of activities of transnational corporations from the perspective of protection of fundamental values ​​for the international community
