Short description:	(in Polish) Poznanie uwarunkowań prawnych i merytorycznych działalności psychologicznej świadczonej w różnych formach i obszarach aktywności zawodowej.
Full description:	(in Polish) Celem przedmiotu jest: 1) poznanie prawnych uwarunkowań zawodu psychologa, 2) poznanie aktualnych zapisów prawa dotyczących badań psychologicznych do różnych zawodów i specjalności, 3) poznanie form zatrudniania psychologów na współczesnym rynku pracy, 4)poznanie zasad rejestracji rożnych form działalności zawodowej w psychologii stosowanej, 5) poznanie wymogów wyposażenia pracowni do badań operatorów, itp., 6) poznanie metodyk badań obowiązujących w praktyce psychologicznej, 7) poznanie dokumentacji psychologicznej prowadzonej w rożnych aspektach prowadzenia usług psychologicznych, 8) zapoznanie się z zasadami archiwizacji dokumentacji psychologicznej i ich przekazywania, 9) Procedury kontroli, odwołań od decyzji psychologów, 10) Kontrakt psychologiczny i jego meandry (kazuistyka), 11) Narzędzia diagnostyczne, ich dystrybucja: zasady, procedury, formy realizacji badań psychologicznych, 12) Psycholog w sądzie.

Efekty kształcenia i opis ECTS:	Knowledge: EK 1: Student knows the basic terminology of the legal aspects of the psychologist work EK 2: Student has a basic knowledge of the legal aspects of the psychologist work EK 3: Student has knowledge about the most important issues discussed in the legal aspects of the psychologist work Skills: EK 4: Student is able to analyze, summarize and present the texts and essays in the field of the legal aspects of the psychologist work EK 5: Student formulates oral and written questions presented in the literature in the field of the legal aspects of the psychologist work EK 6: The student finds and uses a reliable sources of information about the legal aspects of the psychologist work issues Competences: EK 7: Student is able to plan and organize individual work aimed at realizing the tasks of research and acquire content in the field of the legal aspects of the psychologist work EK 8: Student is actively engaged in the course of the classes, taking part in the discussions, formulating their own statements and constructive criticism for the presented legal aspects of the psychologist work problems and solutions
