Efekty kształcenia i opis ECTS: |
Mastering the ability to use the literature of the subject. Knowledge: EK 1; the student knows the basic terminology from the psychology of the management, EK 2; the student has an acquaintance tidied up of essential issues from the psychology of the management, EK 3; the student has a knowledge of psychologies about the most important discussions had on land of the management. Abilities: EK 4; the student is able to analyse, to epitomize and to present the text in the psychology of the management, EK 5; the student is formulating in the speech and in writing philosophical issues in the psychology of the management, EK 6; the student is finding and is exploiting reliable sources of information in the psychology of the management. Competence: EK 7; the student is able to plan and to organize the individual work being aimed at carrying the research task out and assimilating contents from the scope of the psychology department of the management, EK 8; the student actively is becoming involved in a course of had classes participating in discussions, formulating own statements and constructive critical comments.
