The course "Seminar on metapsychology" is dedicated to transboundary problems of psychology from the perspective of anthropology of knowledge in the triad of history-theory-culture.

- Introduces into the perspective of anthropology of psychological knowledge.

- Presents a history of psychological thought within the framework of the new history of psychology.

- Discusses theoretical foundations of psychology as a science and its philosophical and historical-cultural context.

- Presents alternate towards the mainstream psychological conceptions and pictures of a man in psychology.

2. The foundations of the philosophy of science and psychology.

3. Psychology: subject, questions, perspective.

4. Historiosophy of psychology: two developmental lines of psychology and so-called second psychology.

5. Philosophies of psychology and psychological anthropologies: the ontological, epistemological, and axiological foundations.

6. Status and identity of psychology as a science - controversies.

7. Models and research methods in psychology.

8. The sources of critique of psychology: psychologism, naturalism, individualism, reductionism, and dimensional ontology.

9. Anthropology of knowledge and psychology (L. Fleck).

10. Critical psychology and critical review/analysis.

11. Cultural psychology and real psychology.

3. Describes different philosophies of psychology and psychological anthropologies.

4. Identifies the ontological, epistemological, and axiological foundations of chosen research programs in psychology.

5. Correctly describes the status and identity of psychology as a science.

6. Presents current sources of critique of psychology as a science.

7. Performs a critical review of a particular idea, phenomenon, and research problem.
