The aim of the lecture is to acquaint students with the basic information on the methodology of grounded theory. Various methodologies by, among others, Glaser and Strauss, Kathy Charmaz and Adele Clarke will be presented.

We will also focus on the most important methods and techniques - open, focused and theoretical coding, continuous comparison method and memo writing techniques. To pass the subject, students will have to prepare a project according to the methodology of grounded theory based on the knowledge obtained during the lectures
