Brief description

(in Polish) Cele i założenia ogólne przedmiotu:

Założeniem wykładu jest przekazanie studentom wiedzy z zakresu istoty kontroli i jej przeprowadzania w strukturach administracji publicznej.

Cele i założenia szczegółowe przedmiotu:

Kontrola administracji publicznej stanowi fundamentalny element funkcjonowania administracji publicznej. Założeniem wykładu jest szerokie i kompleksowe omówienie podstawowych pojęć związanych z kontrolą administracji publicznej oraz procedury jej przeprowadzania. Omówienie zagadnień związanych z kontrolą administracji w toku wykładu poparte jest orzecznictwem sądowym oraz przykładami związanymi z działalnością Najwyższej Izby Kontroli i innych organów kontroli. Student powinien opanować podstawową siatkę pojęciową związaną z przeprowadzaniem kontroli w administracji publicznej oraz zapoznać się z zasadami i trybem funkcjonowania podstawowych organów kontroli administracyjnej.
