Brief description

(in Polish) Założenia i cele (ogólne)

Zapoznanie studentów z podstawowymi pojęciami logicznymi dotyczącymi słownego formułowania myśli i uzasadniania twierdzeń. Wyrabianie umiejętności analizy logicznej tekstów oraz umiejętności definiowania terminów i stosowania definicji w wykładni prawa. Ćwiczenie umiejętności argumentacji i rozpoznawania błędów w argumentacjach.

Założenia i cele (szczegółowe):

Zrozumienie podstawowych terminów z zakresu logiki prawniczej i ćwiczenie zdolności posługiwania się nimi w praktyce. Rozpoznawanie poziomów języka: język prawny i prawniczy. Zainteresowanie studentów potrzebą posługiwania się terminami ostrymi i o wyraźnej treści językowej. Zapoznanie studentów z podstawowymi rodzajami błędów logicznych. Wypowiedzi oceniające i normatywne. Wynajdywanie niezgodności norm i korzystanie z reguł kolizyjnych.
