Brief description

(in Polish) Celem wykładu jest zapoznanie studentów z podstawowymi zasadami udzielania zamówień publicznych oraz stosowania trybów ujętych w ustawie z 11 września 2019 r. - Prawo zamówień publicznych. Omówiony zostanie status podmiotów biorących udział w procedurach przewidzianych w ustawie, odpowiedzialność z tytułu naruszenia regulacji ustawowej oraz stosowanie środków ochrony prawnej.
