(in Polish) Celem wykładu jest zapoznanie studentów z polskim modelem postępowania w sprawach nieletnich, ukształtowanym w ustawie o postępowaniu w sprawach nieletnich z 1982 r., oraz ustawie o wspieraniu i resocjalizacji nieletnich z 9 czerwca 2022 r. na tle innych europejskich modeli, z szerokim wykorzystaniem orzecznictwa oraz wyników badań empirycznych (aktowych).
