Brief description
During the workshops, legally protected secrets based on the principle of openness will be analyzed. During the course, the legal basis of the obligation to keep secret, values protected by secrecy, subject matter, protection period, subject protected by secrecy and its rights to dispose of the subject of protection, entity obliged to maintain secrecy, entity authorized to access protected information, scope of secrecy will be discussed. and obligations of the entity authorized to gain access to protected information, criteria for access to information covered by secrecy, entities exercising control over secrecy, an entity that may release from the obligation of secrecy, sanctions for unauthorized disclosure of information subject to protection, the method of making information unavailable, relations with other secrets. |

(in Polish) Przedmiot ma na celu zapoznanie studentów z praktycznymi aspektami stosowania prawa ochrony danych osobowych. Przepisy o ochronie danych osobowych na poziomie unijnym oraz krajowym regulują zasady przetwarzania informacji o osobach fizycznych oraz określają prawa tych osób. Problematyka omawiana w ramach warsztatów stanowi kluczowy element prawnej regulacji cyberprzestrzeni. |
