Short description:

The lecture undertakes the theme of self- perception in interpersonal relationships both from the perspective of oneself and others. It discusses the role of communal and agentic characteristics in social perception; phenomenon of metaperception and feeling of transparency; is considering the problem of desired metaperception and the desired transparency of one's self in various social relationships in the context of individual differences on self-esteem, gender, self-construal and attachment styles.
