During the course, students receive an in-depth knowledge of the history of system and law in Poland, and the general history of the state and law. Acquire skills and self-critical analysis of the sources of law and sources of law. |

Presentation of the evolution of the Polish state and other countries, with particular emphasis on parliamentarism, constitutionalism, the organization of public administration and the genesis and functioning of local government. Administration of justice. Discussion of law (substantive and procedural) in different periods. |
