  • the annual hourly workload of the student’s work required to achieve the expected learning outcomes for a given stage is 1500-1800h, corresponding to 60 ECTS;

  • 1 ECTS point corresponds to 25-30 hours of student work needed to achieve the assumed learning outcomes;
  • weekly student workload necessary to achieve the assumed learning outcomes allows to obtain 1.5 ECTS;

EK 1 - define IHL, systems of protecion of individual during armed conflict

EK 2 - charaterise particular groups protected by IHL and the legal basis of the protection

EK 3 - define the types of war crimes and their consequences

EK 4 - present the legal status of civilians and the methods of their protection

EK 5 - define the procedures of accountability for crimes after armed conflict

student provided an essay, which presents scientifically low level of understanding IHL, but is correct linguistically and the footnotes and bibliography are prepared in correct way

the essay has sientific values concerning IHL. It's correct linguistically and the footnotes and bibliography are prepared in correct way.

for a grade 5,0

The essay is scientifically valuable and well-prepared. The choice of literature and sources of IHL is correct, correct system of footnotes and bibliography; the text corresponds the thesis' title
