1. the student knows and understands the historical context of the theory in the field of philosophy of science;

Assessment methods and assessment criteria: |
The final evaluation of the exercises depends on:
1. preparation of a paper on one of the topics discussed
2. attendance at classes (two absences per semester are allowed)
3. preparation for individual classes and activities during the classes

- case study (detailed presentation of selected issues constituting illustrative material for the main issues of classes) (EW1,2,3)
- individual reading of the text (individual reading of the content of the literature intended for discussion during exercises) (EU1)
- discussion with the participants of the classes - formulating questions and problems requiring explanation from the participants of the classes (EU2)
