The cognitive goal of the exercise is to familiarize students with the disability issues. The educational goal is to draw attention and sensitize people to the psychological and social problems of people with disabilities

1. Organizational classes (discussion of the purpose, schedule of activities and requirements).

2. "Walk of trust". Introduction to the problems of disability psychology (including definitions, types, responses to disability, homilopathic personality).

3. Questionnaire of Sękowski: Scale of attitudes towards the disabled. Determinants of attitudes towards disabled people.

4. Selected methods of assessing anxiety, guilt and aggressiveness.

5. Discussion of selected forms of therapy and rehabilitation of people with autism.

6. Psychological problems of deaf and blind people.

7. Familiarization with HPI Inventory (Inventory) and discussion of other methods of studying the level of social functioning of people with mental disabilities.

8. International Letter Performance Scale - getting to know the tool.

9. PLT J.C Crumbaugh and L. T. Maholick scale as a method of studying the sense of the meaning of life. Discussion - sense of life in healthy and sick people. Introduction to the problems of value psychology on the example of the Rokeach Questionnaire. Work in groups "Building a house with values".

10. Ways of coping with stress on the example of WZS and CISS questionnaires. Discussion "how to support people with disabilities and their families in coping with stress". Exercises.

11. The issues of social support.

12. Empathy.

13. Pain and its psychological consequences. Getting to know such methods as: BPCQ and CSQ in the adaptation of Siegfried Juczyński.

14. Quality of life, reading the SF-36 questionnaire.

15. Test. Rehabilitation of the disabled - discussion. Ways to evaluate comprehensive rehabilitation (including SOPER, author: Jan Tylka).

16. Sexual problems of disabled people. Summary of classes. .
