Assumptions: To present environmental issues regulated by international law and the impact of this law on domestic law. Purpose of the lecture: The purpose of the lecture is to familiarize students with the legal basis of environmental protection in international law. The range of issues discussed in the lecture on general issues: - relation of international law to national and EU law - development of international environmental law - international institutions dealing with environmental protection - principles of international environmental law - international instruments of environmental protection and issues concerning the protection of the various components of the environment: the atmosphere, air and climate, biodiversity, and concerning waste management.t. |

He can not characterize the instruments of international law in limiting anthropopressure 4. He can not assign instruments of international law to a defined situation 5. He can not list and characterize the activities of international institutions dealing with environmental protection C. Competences 6. There is no awareness of the importance of legal norms for the implementation of environmental protection 7. He can not work individually and effectively cooperate in team work satisfactory grade: A. Knowledge 1. Knows the basic features of the special international law of environmental protection and can interpret its regulations sufficiently 2. He poorly knows the relations and dependencies between international environmental law and national law B. Skills 3.
