Assessment methods and assessment criteria:

Methods for verifying the learning outcomes of EK1-EK5 are class participation, observation of behavior, continuous assessment, written assignment, written tests, oral answer at the end.

An essay requiring a legal analysis of the presented situations will examine the ability to use acquired knowledge in practice.
