(in Polish) Założenia i cele przedmiotu : założeniem jest przedstawienie ogólnej problematyki postępowania administracyjnego ogólnego oraz egzekucyjnego w celu przygotowania do praktycznego stosowania prawa administracyjnego na poziomie podstawowym. Zajęcia mają umożliwić studentom zrozumienie procedur właściwych działaniu administracji publicznej oraz stosowanie przepisów kpa. W podstawowym zakresie ma także zapoznać ich z problematyką postępowania egzekucyjnego w administracji. |

Brief description
(in Polish) Celem przedmiotu jest przedstawienie podstawowych zagadnień związanych z prawem cywilnym procesowym, zaznajomienie studentów z zasadami, instytucjami, trybami postępowania cywilnego. Prowadzący dążą do jak najlepszego zobrazowania przebiegu sądowego postępowania cywilnego na jego wszystkich etapach W tracie zajęć ze studentami omówione zostanie postępowanie procesowe, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem roli sądu, strony oraz pełnomocników. Ponadto wyjaśnione zostaną zasady związane ze sporządzaniem pism procesowych, rodzajami orzeczeń wydawanych przez sądy, a także sposobami ich zaskarżenia.

(in Polish) Założenia i cele (ogólne): Podstawowym założeniem przedmiotu jest stwierdzenie, że administracja publiczna to zjawisko społeczne, na które w szczególności składają się fakty. Celem przedmiotu jest zatem kompleksowe badanie i opisanie rzeczywistości administracyjnej, sformułowanie prawidłowości dotyczących organizacji i funkcjonowania administracji oraz wskazanie dyrektyw bezpośrednio użytecznych dla praktyki administracyjnej. Założenia i cele (szczegółowe): Założenie szczegółowe polega na przyjęciu, że administracja publiczna może być badana za pomocą modelowania. W związku z tym cele szczegółowe to stworzenie poszczególnych modeli administracji publicznej. |

(in Polish) Poziom przedmiotu: podstawowy Cele przedmiotu: prezentacja mandatu Rady Europy w obszarze międzynarodowej ochrony praw człowieka i podstawowych wolności. W związku z tym przedmiot skupia się na: - konstrukcji normatywnej praw człowieka i podstawowych wolności; - specyfice zobowiązań państw- członków Rady Europy wynikających z praw człowieka i podstawowych wolności; -mechanizmach praw człowieka i podstawowych wolności, zarówno sądowych, jak i pozasądowych. Zagadnienia te uwzględniają stanowisko Polski i tzw. sprawy polskie. |
