Brief description

(in Polish) Celem wykładów jest zapoznanie studentów z budową, funkcjonowaniem i zróżnicowaniem zwierzęcych komórek tkankowych. Struktura komórki, jej organelli oraz metabolizm zostaną przedstawione na komórce hipotetycznej. Następnie omówione zostaną różnice w budowie i funkcjonowaniu komórek różnych tkanek. Badania komórek zwierzęcych pełnią wiodącą rolę nie tylko w biologii komórki, także w biologii molekularnej i genetyce. Studenci zapoznają się z metodami hodowli komórkowych oraz metodyką badań, których wyniki przedstawione będą podczas omawiania struktur poszczególnych elementów komórki oraz zachodzących w nich procesów.

Omówione zostaną podstawy procesów biochemicznych zachodzących w różnych obszarach komórki. Podział komórki: mitoza, mejoza oraz regulacja cyklu komórkowego. Funkcje białek. Transport wewnątrzkomórkowy. Migracja komórek.

The aim of the course is to acquaint students with a range of subjects of in ecology and with basic research methods used in ecology. The content of the lecture covers the basic issues of general ecology, including the relationship between organisms and between organisms and their environment, ecological processes, circulation of matter and the energetic balance of ecosystems and the biosphere.

(in Polish) Celem realizacji przedmiotu jest wprowadzenie studentów do pracy na platformach w tak zwanej technologii chmury tj. pracy w środowisku online na zewnętrznych przestrzeniach dyskowych oraz oprogramowaniu w otoczeniu antywirusowym. Praca dotyczy nabycia umiejętności i stosowania podstawowych technik i narzędzi (statystycznych, dokumentacyjnych) możliwych do wykorzystania w prowadzonych badaniach biologicznych, analizy zjawisk przyrodniczych oraz prezentacji wyników w otoczeniu społecznym - blogi, vblogi, strony internetowe, kanały publikacji online etc.

(in Polish) Powtórzenie najważniejszych zagadnień z matematyki z zakresu materiału szkoły średniej (np. tematy związane z funkcją liniową i kwadratową, wielomianami, trygonometrią, ciągami)

Podstawy analizy matematycznej i algebry: podstawy rachunku różniczkowego i całkowego funkcji jednej zmiennej, rachunku macierzowego, rozwiązywania układów równań liniowych, podstawowa znajomość liczb zespolonych.

Brief description

The aim of the lectures is to introduce students with the basics of plant systematic and biological diversity in plants. The effect of education: Students have knowledge on basic concepts in plant systematics and taxonomical nomenclature in plants. During laboratories students gain knowledge on morphology and anatomy of fungi, algae and vascular plants on both herbarium specimens and living material. Students gain knowledge on diversity of life cycles in plants as well as acquire basic skills in techniques of plant determination.
