The subject of the course is to prepare for the presentation of the problem/issue in the public forum, discussion. The subject helps to prepare a bachelor's degree paper in biogeography (e.g., the causes of contemporary distribution of species, their present status, threats or means of protection and/or increase in abundance, the impact of invasions on biodiversity, etc.). Topics such as species range, dispersion, migration, species extinction, human influence on fauna and flora development are raised. Field study could be conducted. |

The aim of the seminar is to broaden knowledge and improve research techniques in soil microbiology, water and air. Particular emphasis will be placed on the microbiology of the soil environment - the study of the biodiversity and activity of microorganisms in soils, both natural and anthropogenic. The seminar also aims to develop a student's ability to work independently, both laboratory and scientific, and to present the results of his undergraduate work. |
