Course level: B2 intermediate Course targets: After finishing semester I, the student will be able to write fluently and accurately on the topics listed in the course description. The course is administered solely via Moodle platform. Entrance requirements: Successful completion of semesters I and II of B2 level English language course. |

Course content: Vocabulary: planning and predicting, interviews, shopping, sport, education, solving problems, making and evaluating decisions, national stereotypes. Grammar: future simple vs. be going to, making questions, indirect questions, revision of tenses, conditionals I, II, III. Assessment: Continuous assessment on the basis of reports of activity and home assessments; a written test at the end of the semester. |

(in Polish) Student, który zaliczy cykl kształcenia posiada umiejętności językowe zgodne z wymaganiami określonymi dla poziomu B2 Europejskiego Systemu Opisu Kształcenia Językowego, a w szczególności: w zakresie UMIEJĘTNOŚCI: • Potrafi porozumiewać się płynnie i spontanicznie, z wykorzystaniem różnych kanałów i technik komunikacyjnych w stopniu umożliwiającym w miarę swobodną konwersację z obcokrajowcami na tematy ogólne oraz związane ze studiowaną specjalnością.(H1A_U07) • Potrafi, na podstawie wyszukanych informacji, napisać jasny i spełniający warunki formalne tekst na wiele tematów ogólnych oraz związanych ze studiowaną dyscypliną. Posiada umiejętność przekazywania na piśmie informacji oraz wyrażania swojego zdania podając argumenty za i przeciw. ( H1A_U08, H1A_U03, H1A_U01) • Potrafi samodzielnie przygotować i wygłosić prezentację ustną przedstawiając swój pogląd na dany temat ( w tym także na tematy związane ze studiowaną specjalnością) oraz podając argumenty za i przeciw. Potrafi bronić swoich tez podczas dyskusji. (H1A_U09, H1A_U03, H1A_U01) w zakresie KOMPETENCJI SPOŁECZNYCH: • Rozumie potrzebę ustawicznego pogłębiania swoich umiejętności językowych oraz potrafi samodzielnie wykorzystywać w tym celu dostępne mu źródła.
