(K) - The student is not able to perform specific tasks provided for in the curriculum.

Fair rating

(W) - The student knows the substantive and formal requirements for a master's thesis to a minimum.

(U) - The student is able to formulate the problem and research hypotheses in his master's thesis and undertake empirical research, but is not able to properly carry out statistical inference.

Good rating

(W) - The student knows the substantive and formal requirements for an MA thesis to an optimal degree.

(U) - The student is able to formulate a problem and research hypotheses in his master's thesis and undertake empirical research, as well as carry out statistical inference - but sometimes makes mistakes or incorrectly draws conclusions from his own research.

(K) - The student is able to perform specific tasks provided for in the curriculum only to the optimal extent. He also knows how to correct formal and substantive errors of work - but scientific practice does not fully use his knowledge.
