(in Polish) Główną treścią wykładu jest przedstawienie kompetencji, sposobu funkcjonowania i orzecznictwa Trybunału Konstytucyjnego. Autor naświetla genezę sądowej kontroli konstytucyjności prawa w Polsce. Przedmiotem wykładu jest także status prawny sędziego konstytucyjnego, formy kontroli rodzaje wyroków wydawanych przez Trybunał. Ponadto autor przedstawia szczegółowo skargę konstytucyjną, traktując ją jako przykład funkcjonowania konkretnej kontroli konstytucyjności prawa. |

The purpose of the course is to discuss basic problems of Polish constitutional law, including historical matters (Polish constitutional traditions). Topics of the following seminars relate to a general description of the Polish constitutional system, and not on discussing detailed constitutional problems. The second purpose of the course is to get students aquainted with a basic English vocabulary related to constitutional law. The course is addressed to foreign students studying at the Cardinal Wyszynski University, as well to Polish students who are able to communicate in English at least on an intermediate level. |
