(in Polish) Wykład noszący tytuł „Ochrona małoletnich w świetle prawa kanonicznego i prawa Państwa Watykańskiego” jest poświęcony omówieniu szczególnego zagadnienia jakim jest karna ochrona osób małoletnich w kontekście przestępstw popełnianych na tle seksualnym. Wykład będzie prowadzony w oparciu o obowiązujące prawo kanonicze oraz prawo Państwa Watykańskiego. Prezentowane zagadnienia będą omawiane z perspektywy najnowszych zmian i nowelizacji, w sposób szczególnych tych odnoszących się do przestępstw popełnianych na tle seksualnym. Wykład ma na celu przekazanie słuchaczom wiedzy z zakresu prawa kanonicznego oraz prawa Państwa Watykańskiego, która to wiedza pozwoli im na wyjaśnianie kazusów prawnych w zakresu przestępstw popełnianych na tle seksualnym.

The affirmation of life characterizing the first decade after World War I contains the enthusiasm for regaining independence in Poland but also expresses the will to live against the trauma of war. Seemingly distant issues such as fascination with the vital force of nature, technological development, intensification of the mechanization of work and life, overturning of social spheres, and civilizational development – unite authors and readers to perceive the richness of human creativity manifestations and genius of existence.

The lecture summarizes the knowledge in the field of humanistic ecology. The course aims to consolidate knowledge about the civilizational nature of the ecological crisis.

(in Polish) Celem wykładu jest umożliwienie słuchaczowi wzbogacenia i ugruntowanie wiedzy w zakresie przeprowadzania argumentacji za daną tezą czy poglądem oraz oceny argumentacji strony przeciwnej w merytorycznej dyskusji . Omówione i odróżnione zostaną argumentacje z punktu widzenia współczesnej teorii argumentacji, z punktu widzenia teorii Schopenhauera dotyczącej tzw. chwytów erystycznych, a także teorii retoryki klasycznej w ujęciu Arystotelesa. Przedstawiona zostanie budowa argumentów i ich części, podane też zostaną metody analizy argumentacji z punktu widzenia jej poprawności i siły.

Progress in medicine and biotechnology in 20th century made deep interference in the human life, especially at critical moments; further research show that influence on the evolution of humans will be possible.

This is reason of some question about possible borders of medical research and procedures. These questions and answers which are given by different thinkers are the subject of the lecture.

In the first part of the lecture some basic philosophical controversies are mentioned; the thesis given are the fundament of resolution of specific issues. In the second part exemplary solution of some question is showed as a model answer the present and future question

In all developed countries, a decline in number of births and an increase in permanent childlessness have been observed for several decades. The course offers an interdisciplinary perspective on this phenomenon. Psychological theories explaining reproductive decisions will be discussed, as well as the results of research that analyses the factors important for these decisions.
